You can find all of them in our calendar.   We have also prepared several new courses, including shooting, tactical, medical, and theoretical programs. Among the shooting courses, we are introducing Combined Firearms, which focuses on transitioning from long guns to handguns during shooting situations, including switching back to long guns, and Machine Gun, which covers theoretical and practical training in handling, operating, and shooting with machine guns. New tactical courses include Small Unit Tactics Live Fire, this course is an intensive one-day course focused on marksmanship and fire drills and tactical movements for small military units, and Tactical Driving Advanced, an advanced tactical course on offensive and contact driving in civilian, tactical, and operational conditions. The last of our new offerings is the medical course First on the Scene (FOTS), certified by the American National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT). We recommend this course especially for civilians, armed security forces, or members of the Fire and Rescue Service.   We look forward to seeing you at one of our courses!

New autumn training dates and last spots for summer courses

We are bringing you the latest updates from our training calendar. We have added a large number of new shooting, tactical, and other specialized course dates for September, October, and November, while we would also like to remind you about several exciting summer courses that still have places available. Our calendar for the rest of the year is not yet complete and we will continue adding more dates, but there is already plenty to choose from in the coming months. First, we would like to remind you about our specialized two-day Low Light courses, which still have places available. In the past, we held these courses primarily during the winter months, when we relied on natural darkness for the training. This also meant spending several hours of intensive training in cold weather. Thanks to our tactical training facility, where we can now create complete darkness regardless of the time of day, we are able to run Low Light courses during the summer as well, providing students with significantly greater comfort throughout this long and intensive course. The next Low Light course takes place already next week, with another session scheduled for August and a third on September 12–13, which still has approximately half of its capacity available. We only run Low Light a few times a year, so if you want to learn tactical procedures, handgun handling and shooting in low-light and no-light conditions using handheld and weapon-mounted lights, we recommend taking advantage of one of these opportunities. Before that, however, one of the highlights of our tactical training calendar is coming up in August – CQB Week, taking place from August 3–9, with several remaining spots still available. This is a full week of intensive tactical training focused on close-quarters battle, including comprehensive training inside tactical structures and culminating in the application of acquired skills during live-fire exercises. We only organize CQB Week once a year, so if you want to dedicate an entire week to intensive CQB training, this is one of the last opportunities to sign up. For the beginning of September, we have also prepared an interesting combination of two courses that complement each other very well. River Operations takes place on September 4, focusing on tactical operations using a high-performance boat, followed immediately by Small Unit Tactics on September 5–6, focusing on small-unit tactics in forests and open terrain. During a single extended weekend, you can train in both waterborne and land-based environments while developing skills that complement each other and are often employed by the same types of units in real-world operations. At the same time, we have added a large number of new shooting course dates from September through November. The complete Dynamic Pistol and Dynamic Rifle series continues, and once again we have tried to arrange individual levels so that students can complete several consecutive courses during a single visit. The calendar therefore includes several combinations of courses on consecutive days and weekend blocks for both pistol and rifle. This is particularly convenient for students travelling from farther away who want to complete several levels of training during a single trip. Other shooting courses scheduled for the coming months include Combined Firearms, Team Work, Tactical Shotgun 1 and 2, and CQB Live Fire, which combines shooting skills with tactical procedures for fighting inside buildings using live ammunition. For those interested in sniper training, the last remaining spots are still available in Urban Sniper and Military Sniper. Due to the high demand for Basic Sniper and the fact that all previously scheduled sessions were fully booked, we have added another course at the end of October and beginning of November, finishing on November 1. If you were unable to secure a place in one of the previous sessions, you now have another opportunity to attend this year. In the tactical category, in addition to CQB Week, River Operations, and Small Unit Tactics, the calendar also includes classic CQB courses, Home Defense, One Man CQB Pistol, One Man CQB Rifle, FIBUA, and VCQB. Additional tactical course dates will continue to be added depending on the availability of our training facilities and instructors. Another course worth highlighting is CQB Night in November, which we organize only once a year and where only a few remaining spots are still available. This specialized course focuses on tactical procedures inside buildings in darkness and low-light conditions using tactical lights and night vision devices. We have also added new dates for those who want to begin or continue training within the Czech Ministry of Interior Shooting Training Program. Additional MV-101, MV-102, MV-102 Long Gun, MV-201, and MV-301 courses are scheduled for September, October, and November, and the calendar also includes an MV-5 Shooting Refresh course. Among our other specialized courses, a multi-day Survival course is also scheduled for the beginning of October. The currently published dates are definitely not the final version of our training calendar for the rest of the year. Wherever the availability of our shooting ranges, tactical facilities, and instructors allows, we will continue adding more shooting, tactical, and specialized course dates. Once another larger batch of courses has been scheduled, we will let you know again through our newsletter. Capacity for some of our specialized courses is limited, and many of them are organized only once or a few times per year, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance. You can register through our online training calendar. We look forward to seeing you at one of our courses.

New Combat Systems Plate Carriers

We would like to thank the Czech manufacturer of tactical equipment and ballistic protection Combat Systems for their great support in the form of delivery of twelve complete sets in two colour versions of top quality Sentinel 2.0 plate carriers, which can be tested, tested and worn at any of our courses.

New course dates added for Q2 and beyond

Dear all, we have added new dates for our shooting, tactical, medical, and specialized courses to the training calendar. This time it’s not only about the first quarter of the year – the calendar now includes the second quarter as well as several courses scheduled further into the year, allowing you to plan your training well in advance. In the shooting category, new dates are available for Dynamic Pistol 1–4 and Dynamic Rifle 1–4, including convenient Friday-to-Sunday options that allow traveling students to complete three consecutive levels within one weekend. We have also added new dates for Tactical Shotgun, Vehicle CQB, Combined Firearms, and an additional Basic Sniper course due to high demand, as most of the previous dates have already filled. For those looking for a unique experience, we still have a few available spots in the Aerial Platform Operations helicopter live-fire course. Within tactical courses, we have added new dates for CQB and CQB Advanced, One-Man CQB Pistol and Rifle, Home Defense, highly requested Active Shooter courses, and new FIBUA dates. Our River Operations course continues as well, offering students a completely new level of training thanks to a high-performance boat and realistic operational procedures inspired by special units. You will also find another term of Small Unit Tactics, along with Small Unit Tactics Live Fire, which represents the culmination of the entire SUT curriculum with live-fire training. In addition to the established Air Assault helicopter fast-rope course, we have introduced a brand-new Air Assault Advanced course, where students learn fast-rope techniques into a moving boat. We would also like to highlight our Personal Security Detail (PSD) course, conducted only once every two years and unique in Europe in terms of content, equipment, and instructional staff. In the medical section of our calendar, we have published NAEMT All Service Members dates for the very first time, and we have scheduled our regular medical courses for the remainder of the year, including Combat Lifesaver (CLS), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC), First on the Scene (FOTS) and FATALE, allowing students to plan their medical training without schedule pressure. In the category of specialized courses, we have added new dates for the highly demanded Self-Defense Scenarios course, which is filling up quickly again, as well as the outdoor Survival course. Course capacity is limited and some of them traditionally sell out quickly, so we recommend securing your place early. Registration is available through our online course calendar. We look forward to seeing you at one of our courses.

New course dates in the calendar

New Hard Task courses

We have added several new shooting and tactical courses to our portfolio and we have slightly modified one for you. The first new course is a shooting course Tactical Shotgun 2, where you'll learn shoulder transition, shooting from behind cover, transition to a backup weapon, shooting after a long move with an emphasis on reloading while moving quickly, shooting from cover after a long move, and shooting at a moving target. We have also prepared Low Light Scenarios, this time it is a purely tactical course, and is designed for graduates of our two-day Low Light course. The one day session will review all the important techniques and tactics followed by force on force scenarios with FX Simunition weapons and ammunition. Many of you have attended the CQB Tactical Course and have either continued on to the two-day CQB Advanced Course or have just inquired about other options. As such, we've kept the CQB content, and completely remake CQB Advanced, where you'll enjoy breaching techniques of the doors and doing more shield and ladder work instead of vehicle and bus assault. We have subsequently expanded the repertoire of CQB courses to include one-day CQB Scenarios, where the name itself suggests that these will be non-stop, full-day force on force scenarios and CQB Vehicle Intervention which is a course that focuses only on intervention against an suspects or terrorists in a vehicle or bus. If anyone wants to take it all in one piece, we've thought of you too and put together the equivalent of American SWAT Week, which consists of all of the above mentioned courses and culminates with tactical movements and scenarios with live weapons and ammunition in a kill house. We called the course CQB Week. And we're not done yet and we're still working on a few more new courses that we'll introduce you to soon.

OUR NEW INSTRUCTOR KAREL KADLCIK

We would like to introduce our new instructor Karel Kadlcik. He has over twenty years of experience in shooting and tactical training. He began his professional career in 2001. During his twelve years of service in the Czech Army, he participated in several overseas military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan as a Senior Reconnaissance Officer. His specialties included reconnaissance activities and close combat. After his military service, he joined Česká Zbrojovka, where he worked from 2013 to 2024 as a department head and test shooter. He led a presentation team, tested and demonstrated new firearms, and organized shooting training and exercises. He gained extensive experience not only in the field and on shooting ranges but also in human resource management and organizing various customer events. In 2013, Karel decided to expand his shooting skills by actively participating in sports shooting competitions, especially in IPSC and IDPA disciplines. Besides pistols, he is also proficient in rifle, PCC, and shotgun shooting. His goal is to achieve universal competence, smoothly transitioning between service, defensive, and sports shooting. In IPSC, he achieved numerous podium finishes at both national and international levels, including the Czech National Championship, Grand Prix, and other prestigious competitions. In IDPA, he earned the title of Hungarian Champion and placed 4th at the European Championship. Karel’s shooting skills are drawn from a variety of sources, including Hard Task, Aegis, and the Czech Army courses. Hundreds of clients, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, have had the opportunity to undergo shooting training under his leadership. Karel is also a graduate in the field of Personal and Property Protection, which gives him a solid foundation and broad insight into related professional areas. Hopefully you will meet him on a course soon and enjoy his leadership.

The Hard Task instructor team is growing

The Hard Task instructor team is growing. Starting in September, you’ll be able to meet Frantisek Vysata at our shooting and tactical courses — a professional with nearly three decades of service in the armed forces. Frantisek Vysata’s professional career began in 1998 when, after completing his compulsory military service, he joined the Police of the Czech Republic. After several years of service in general police units, he successfully passed a demanding selection process and, in 2008, was assigned to the SWAT Unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Ústí nad Labem Region. There, he served as an operator and sniper and took part in dozens of live operations targeting perpetrators of serious violent crime over the course of more than six years of active duty. After completing the first phase of his police service, he chose to enter the ranks of the Czech Armed Forces. Within the Military Police, he served in both the Close protection department and the Rapid Response Unit. In this capacity, he continued his previous specialization as a sniper while also providing security for VIPs, convoys, and high-risk tactical operations. In 2020, he returned to the Police of the Czech Republic. Following a brief assignment with the Emergency Mobile Unit of Prague Police, he rejoined a SWAT Unit of the Capital City of Prague. Once again serving as an operator, he took part in numerous high-risk interventions similar to those he had participated in with hist first SWAT unit. Frantisek has also long been involved in service dog training, combat sports (particularly judo), and physical conditioning. In 2025, after more than 27 years of active duty in the armed forces, he decided to retire from service and continue developing his skills and experience in the civilian sector—primarily in the field of tactical training under the Hard Task brand.
