I agree that Hard Task Training s.r.o., in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”), may process my personal data that I provide to it (including sensitive personal data such as date of birth, identity card number and its expiration date, telephone number, email, etc.) for the purposes of issuing a certificate and participating in courses organized by this company and verifying membership in the Hard Task Rangers club. I acknowledge that in connection with the use of the shooting range, the company processes personal data to the extent required by applicable legal regulations, in particular data from the identity document.
This consent is valid for the period of registration for the course and its duration and for a period of three years after its completion.
