Course Description:

CQB NIGHT is a four-day advanced tactical program focused on conducting close-quarters operations in night and diminished light conditions. This course represents the next level of progression beyond CQB Week, expanding established procedures into low-visibility and night-vision environments. The training requires prior CQB certification or equivalent operational background, as no time is allocated for reviewing basic entry or movement techniques. Participants operate individually and within multi-man elements while employing handheld illumination tools, weapon-mounted lights, ballistic shield-mounted lights, and night vision devices. The course emphasizes disciplined coordination, identification, and decision-making in complex low-light interior environments, culminating in live-fire and force-on-force validation phases.

Contents:

Individual, pair, and team tactical procedures inside buildings under diminished light and night conditions; employment of handheld flashlights, weapon-mounted lights, and shield-mounted illumination; coordinated room entry, hallway, staircase, and multi-room clearing under low visibility; structured communication and sector control in night operations; night vision device employment during interior CQB; vehicle-related interior intervention procedures under low-light conditions; live-fire CQB scenarios utilizing white light and night vision systems; and realistic force-on-force scenarios using FX Simunition firearms to validate tactical consistency in interior night operations.
