Course Description:

Basic Sniper is an intensive three-day shooting course for both beginners and advanced shooters that focuses on safe handling, deepening basic skills and learning shooting techniques with a bolt action or semi-auto precision rifle equipped with optics. Our instructional methods are designed to enable you to achieve a high level of accuracy and efficiency when shooting at distances up to 500 yards. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to become an excellent sniper or sport shooter and use their skills in self-defense, sport or professional deployment. Join us and gain the necessary skills and confidence to shoot a sniper rifle accurately and effectively. Our courses are led by professional instructors with many years of experience in the field, who guarantee you safety and maximum quality of instruction. Safety and professional instruction are our top priorities. Your journey to education and professional growth starts with us.

Contents:

The course begins with fundamental theory covering the selection and proper configuration of a long-range rifle, including stock adjustment, muzzle device setup, optic mounting and positioning in relation to the shooter’s body, as well as an introduction to suitable ammunition selection based on barrel twist rate and intended engagement distances. Students are introduced to essential equipment and accessories required for precision shooting before progressing to practical fundamentals behind the rifle, including correct body positioning in prone, loading and reloading procedures, optic magnification management, parallax adjustment, and consistent trigger control. Each participant then establishes a precise 100-meter zero, forming the ballistic foundation for the remainder of the course. From this baseline, students progressively move to extended distances in measured increments (e.g., 25 or 50 meters), firing groups without adjusting turrets in order to measure actual bullet drop, calculate corrections, and build their own ballistic charts. This hands-on process develops a clear understanding of trajectory behavior, click values, and elevation adjustments at varying distances. The course culminates with practical shooting from multiple supported and unsupported positions, including kneeling, standing, and tripod-assisted or improvised support setups, allowing students to apply precision principles in realistic field conditions, followed by a final competition designed to test consistency, stability, and applied ballistic knowledge.
