Course Description:

This course is aimed on Hand to Hand combat while wearing tactical gear and gun. Preferred previous experience with self defense/martial arts/ combat sports)

Contents:

Appropriate punches and kicks. How to maintain distance. Strike with your gun. Defense against edged weapons. Defense against gun hold. Disarm of armed opponent with rifle and pistol.

Recommended equipment:

Tactical gear (including ballistic vest and helmet if you like), sport shoes with pale sole. But just simply bring the clothing or duty gear based on your civilian or Law Enforcement/Military daily usage. No need to buy expensive tactical gear just for course purposes.

Weapon:

Pistol and rifle (could be dummy gun for self defence)

Timing:

Meeting at 08:30 – 08:45 am at the training area, the subsequent administration and preparation of equipment and materials. The beginning of class is at 09:00 and the end around 18:00.
