Curriculum Vitae:
Frantisek Vysata’s professional career began in 1998 when, after completing his compulsory military service, he joined the Police of the Czech Republic. After several years of service in general police units, he successfully passed a demanding selection process and, in 2008, was assigned to the SWAT Unit of the Regional Police Directorate of the Ústí nad Labem Region. There, he served as an operator and sniper and took part in dozens of live operations targeting perpetrators of serious violent crime over the course of more than six years of active duty.
After completing the first phase of his police service, he chose to enter the ranks of the Czech Armed Forces. Within the Military Police, he served in both the Close protection department and the Rapid Response Unit. In this capacity, he continued his previous specialization as a sniper while also providing security for VIPs, convoys, and high-risk tactical operations.
In 2020, he returned to the Police of the Czech Republic. Following a brief assignment with the Emergency Mobile Unit of Prague Police, he rejoined a SWAT Unit of the Capital City of Prague. Once again serving as an operator, he took part in numerous high-risk interventions similar to those he had participated in with hist first SWAT unit.
Frantisek has also long been involved in service dog training, combat sports (particularly judo), and physical conditioning.
In 2025, after more than 27 years of active duty in the armed forces, he decided to retire from service and continue developing his skills and experience in the civilian sector—primarily in the field of tactical training under the Hard Task brand.
